Anyone can wrestle!
- It is a sport for all sizes of people, both male and female
- Everyone participates – there is no sitting on the bench in wrestling!
- Wrestling builds endurance, strength, agility, persistence, humility and self-confidence.
- Wrestling is a skill based sport. You do not need to be the strongest or most coordinated to succeed.
- Wrestling makes you a better athlete across all sports.
- Safety is taken seriously. Youth wrestling is as safe or safer than soccer, basketball and lacrosse.
